Frank Paul is a songwriter, recording artist & web designer living in St. Augustine, Florida since 1994. Born and raised in Saratoga Springs, New York, he discovered St. Augustine for the first time while traveling over the old Vilano Bridge at sunset on December 31st, 1994, from Ohio. Pink and purple skies painted a beautiful historic downtown backdrop as the buildings were accented by the holiday season lights and stunning sunset colors!
